Protest against rise in tuition fees 24/11/10

I joined the walk out day on 24/11/10 and joined thousands of fellow Leeds students and marched around campus and then into town, in protest of the governments plans to remove the cap on tuition fees for higher education. This is something that I feel quite strongly about! The government are saying that this is essential, so that we don't pass on the economic crisis to the next generation, but which generation are passing it on to us? The ones who gained free higher education! How they expect the countries economic growth to improve in future, when they are simply going to reduce the number of students wanting to join higher education institutes and better themselves! Have your say and at least join the petition atSAVETHESTUDENT.com

It's Hard to say NO book project

This book was a project based about my experience moving to leeds from a town. The difference that a city lifestyle has to offer is incredible. In this book I wanted to show how good the nightlife is and how welcoming freshers week is for students venturing away from home for the first time.
